I'M A COSPLAYER, WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
Aside from showcasing your cosplay skills & meeting fellow cosplayers (like Een Mercado!), you can compete for a daily prize of P5,000 or in the cosplay championships for a chance to win PHP 130,000!

I'M A GAMER, WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Gamers can expect to witness the next-step of gaming with 40+ of the best web3 games (Captain Laserhawk, Blood Dragon, Immortal Rising 2, Blade of God X, Sparkball, etc) on show.
You can also spectate or participate at the thrilling 3-day tournament featuring web3 games such as Parallel TCG with a $100,000 prize, and Anichess & Indus for $10,000 prize each!

I'M A GAME DEVELOPER, WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN STORE?
Talented game devs and students can engage and interact with industry experts, discover an array of game development innovation through the games that are showcased, and enter a web3 hackathon at the Game Jam event with a prize pool of PHP 500,000!

What do I need to bring to the event?
A printed / digital copy of your event pass, a mask if you're particular about crowds, and yourself, of course.

Are the tickets transferable?
Yes, but not for VIP-invited events.

Do you have ticket discounts?
Yes, we give out discounts from time to time. Please check our social media to see what’s available.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
No, but you can apply our discount codes when purchasing.

I changed my mind. How do I refund my ticket?
Email contact@yggplay.gg to request for a refund. Upon verification of your purchase, we will process the refund within 30-60 days.

What if I lost my ticket?
Kindly go to our registration area, say your name, then we will verify your purchase. Once verified in the system, you should be able to get in depending on your access.

I want to be a sponsor. Who do I contact?

Can I host a side-event?
Yes, you may. Just register and list your side event at our official YGG website: yggplay.gg 
*Please note that your side event must be planned out already before we list it. We will not organize it for you.

Any venue guidelines?
No shorts, slippers, smoking, firearms, drugs, or bad vibes.

Any prohibited items?
Weapons (guns, knives, ammo, etc), drugs, and anything hazardous or illegal.

What if the event gets cancelled or postponed?
You will be informed as soon as we can and your tickets will be refunded within 30-60 days of the cancelled event.

What if I'm pregnant, sick, or a minor?
Pregnant women may hang around the stage audience area to watch the show. Avoid any crowded areas where you and your child may be hurt.
If you're sick, we recommend that you wear a mask. You can continue, skip some days, or just come back next year. Meanwhile, you can still hang around our official Discord for all the fun community engagements.
Minors are advised to stick with an adult. Those who are 12 and below should always be accompanied by an adult guest.
